Official and unofficial transcripts are available for former students from Bremerton High School, East High School, West High School, Renaissance High School, and Open Doors Career & Academic Program.
Requests for both unofficial and official transcripts must be submitted online through Parchment. You must set-up an account in Parchment to request your transcript.
NOTE: It is important that students create their own account (using the student's personal email address - not their BSD student email address).
Once you create your Parchment account, an automatic Unofficial Transcript Request is sent to the BHS counseling department, which will be approved within 2 business days. Once it is approved, you will be able to see a thumbnail of your transcript. You may review and print out this unofficial transcript from your Parchment account.
Official Transcripts can be mailed or emailed. They typically take 1-2 days for records newer than 1990, but please allow a week for older transcripts.
NOTE: Not all colleges require that an official transcript be sent to their institutions. However, they may require that students self-report all of their courses and grades. Students will need the unofficial transcript in Parchment to complete applications for many colleges and universities.
To request a replacement diploma, contact National Achiever at1-800-800-4083. The cost is $25.
Students requesting transcripts from Renaissance High School must contact the school by email or call 360-473-4706.
K-12 Transfers
Students transferring between K-12 schools do not need to request a transcript via Parchment. The new school can send a records request to the previous school's registrar or office coordinator.

Please view this brief video on how to order transcripts through Parchment.
Please view this page for additional information on getting started, tracking your order, etc.
